Chicken Waldorf Salad
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients 2 cups cooked chicken breast cut into 1-inch chunks 4 small apples, chopped 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt 4 tablespoons raisins 2 tablespoons walnut halves or almonds 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
Directions In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, apples, yogurt, raisins, walnuts or almonds, and mayonnaise.
