*Good morning gang! How are we doing this morning? I am a bit sore from yesterday's walk and workout but I did it!!!! Yea!!! I ended up not eating my lasagna yesterday, but a turkey dinner instead (Smart Ones 4 pts) because I had a low blood sugar and used some points for that. I just didn't want you guys to think I was hung up on lasagna! Have a blessed day!

Low Blood Sugar sucks. I know it's just a matter of time for me to be dianosed with Type II like my parents. My mom was dianosed at age 35 and that is only a couple of more years for me. I am currently 32. Maybe losing the weight and changing habbits now will put that off a few more years.
I hardly ate anything yesterday. I forgot my lunch so I had 40 cents on me, (also forgot my wallet) so I got a banquet pot pie and it was off the calculator's slide chart point wise
Then I had a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich for lunch,
Spaghetti for dinner. I had 2 cups of spaghetti beucase I was hungry.
This morning,
Breakfast, 2 slices of light breat toasted with hard boiled egg and a peach 4 points
Lunch: Tuna fish and crackers with tomatoes (I swear I am going to start leaving my windows up at night and doors locked. Everything I go out to my car after work, there is a grocery bag of tomatoes on the driver's side and I know who is doing it too. I have canned enought tomatoes and I called the Food Pantry and that is where I drop off the extra tomatoes I can't use before they spoil)
Dinner, Chicken Catatorie with steamed Zuchini and Yellow summer squash.
