Snack, 1 piece of Ice breakers gum and diet soda, No points. I used the soda to "ice" my foot. Someone walked off with my ice packs.
Breakfast, 1 pM, 1 cup of grapes, 7 reduced fat Triscuits and a 1 once wedge of Laughing cow semi soft swiss cheese.
Lunch, Just now, was one cooked chicken thigh with one hamburger bun, 1/4 wedge of cantalope, 1 oz of reduced fat ruffles. 10 points
Dinner is roast pork loin, Mashed potatoes and steamed carrots.
