Today is my Friday! Tomorrow I can sleep all day after I do my exercises and I have Sign class at 8 pm
Lunch 3 reduced fat triscuit and light swiss cheese sandwiches. (Laughing Cow has this really good light swiss that is the consistancy of cream cheese but it's really good) 1 cup light nonfat yogurt, 1 cup grapes (Grapes are in season right now and even the red globe and black globe grapes are under a 1.00 a pound in my area) 5 points used, 23 left
Breakfast: I gave myself permission to get a doughnut on the way home. It pays to have friends in the Bakery becuase I got a raised doughtnut without the glaze for free. It twisted wrong when it was put in the fryer. still 6 points used 17 points left
Lunch, baked chicken thigh (Left over from dinner a week ago) in a chicken salad. (1T ff mayo, 1t Celery salt, 1 handful of baby grapes) on 2 sliced of light italian bread, no chips (Kids ate them last night) diet soda 6 points 11 points left
Dinner: The chicken was still too frozen to use for dinner last night so we had hamburgers instead. tonight I will make that Chicken and Veggies dinner! 4 points 7 left
Before going to work, I will have a bowl of Special K with skim milk, 4 points 3 points left.
I have been doing the weight watchers thing for 6 weeks and I still have trouble reaching that 28 points a day :frown:

Yes! The Light Laughing Cow cheese is a fav at my house!!!!!

Honey...don't beat yourself up! It takes time! I have only dropped points once since being on WW...and Sept will be a year. You can do this!!!!!
