Dinner: Will be something on the run between WW and church...now that David is associate pastor at our new church things have changed. Our service starts at 6:30, so don't know how much of my meeting I'll get to stay for now...it doesn't end until 6:15 and the new church is across town. Our old church is the one my meetings were at. ANYWAY...I have plenty of points if I need to grab fast food!

Chelle, Why not pack a picnic dinner? Make a lettuce wrap sandwich or tortilla wrap, pack some grapes, carrot sticks and water or diet soda? Less points and way cheaper than MCD"s.
Lunch: Lean Gourmet Shirmp with Angel hair pasta, 4 points Tossed Salad with a sprinkling of seasoned salt, 0 points Water 0 points
Dinner: 3 oz of lean pork loin, more salad with a drizzling of balsamic Vinegar 4 points
Lunch: 1T of storebrand creamy peanut butter mixed with 1T honey and 1t of powdered milk. and spread on 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread, 5 points Apple 1 points
