This is my quick and easy, no fuss lasagne recipe. If you want to make larger portions and have this serve 8 people instead of 10..the points value is 9 points. Make this Core by using the dry package of spaghetti sauce mix and make it according to pkg directions...use whole wheat lasagne noodles and omit sausage.

Ingredients 1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef 1/2 pound italian sausage 6 pieces no cook lasagna noodles 15 oz part-skim ricotta cheese 1/3 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters 1 large onion(s) 4 clove garlic clove(s) 8 serving(s) Best Choi spaghetti sauce 2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
Instructions Brown ground beef, italian sausage, onion and garlic in a large skillet. When browned, break up into small curmbles using a potato masher. Add italian seasoning and stir in spaghetti sauce.
Mix together ricotta, egg substitute and 1 tsp of italian seasoning. Set aside.
Spray a 13x9x2" baking dish with Pam. Ladel 1/3 of the meat sauce into bottom of pan. Cover with 3 noodles. Cover noodles with 1/2 of ricotta mixture. Top with 1/3 of the cheese. Layer on more meat sauce, noodles, ricotta and mozzerella. Then, cover with remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake in a 350*F oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. cover with the remaining mozzerella and spray cheese with Pam. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
