*How was your weekend? Mine was spent hanging border, accompaining my hubby to a counseling session (one of the ladies at church need to talk) and worshup practice (he is playing drums temporarily), and church. I did buy a jump rope (yea me! ), but haven't used it yet. AF finally showed up (with a vengence) yesterday afternoon (which explains the cartoon below), so I am sticking to comfort food today (WW's way though). Have a blessed day

Chelle...I can't believe it...we both chose Maxine this morning...lol! We are symbiotic aren't we? Must be Monday...Maxine is very much a Monday kinda gal!
By the way...My menu is misleading. I'm not having 6 subway subs for dinner (I wish )...it's one 6 inch Sub....so don't worry. I havn't fallen off the wagon...lol!

Lunch: 3oz of low fat ham, 1/2 cup of mashed sweet potato with just a 1t of honey butter and a few dashes of nutmeg, 1 cup of corn, 6 points
definately got my water in today. three 20 ounce bottles becuase the ham was extra salty.
Breakfast: 1 cup cream of wheat, 2 packets of splenda, 1 cup 2% milk 1 cup sliced strawberries 6 points
Snack: one Grapple. (It's a fuji apple that has a taste of ripe grapes) point finder has it at 2.
Lunch: 3 cups salad greens, 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped red bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, and 1 cup chick peas with spritz of wishbone raspberry vinegarette. 3 poitns
Snack; ritz snack pack 100 calorie pack, 2 points with diet soda
Dinner. Just to finish off the ham so I can freeze the bone for the next time I make beans, I am making Ham and cheese bread.
