AM Snack 1 c ff cottage cheese 1 cup sliced canned peaches 5points
Lunch: 4 sliced of deli ham, 1 slice 2% cheese slice, 1 tortilla, 10 raw baby carrots, water, 5 points
PM Snack: mini bagel with 1T peanut butter 5points
Dinner: At church tonight. Potluck soup and Sandwiches. Staying away from the sandwiches and taking my black bean chilli. 1 cup serving is 3 points. 6 points
