Goodmorning ladies! The scale is looking good today...so please pray that I don't mess things up! We are supposed to have a big ice storm tomorrow but not til the afternoon, so I hope to go to weigh in tomorrow. Sam is still under the weather so he's staying home today. If he's sick again tomorrow (hope not ) then I'll take him with me to weigh in but won't stay for meeting. I really NEED my meetings and to see my leader Jan (she really keeps me motivated). *Looking good! I think good thoughts and say a prayer for you!!! I think my scale is confused. I decided to weigh Sat and had gained 2 lbs. Then Sunday I weighed again and had lost 4!!!! Yesterday, I was back where I started (before Thanksgiving). today I had gained a little....guess there is a reason why they say not to weigh every day!!!

Think positive. Even a small loss is better than none. And I can vouch for that one. They say poeple who lose it slower tend to keep it off better.
Hope the weather holds out for you and you get to weigh in. I always make sure not to schedule anything on my weigh in day, I get so upset if I can't go.
