You know ... like the show my family is hooked on (but we only seem to catch Monday night) Deal or No Deal! 


So that popped into my head and thougth I'd lead with that....

Loss!!!!!!!


Ok...not a really big one...but almost a lb!!!  I loss 0.8 this week!!!


I'd love to lose that 2.2 this week to be back to 25 lbs before our little break!  AF is still hanging around, so maybe if I push it this week...I'll do it!!!


Of course what killed me was I snuck on to the scale this morning and I was 2 lbs less than I was yesterday morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Better run!  My girls have a hair appointment.  I'll try to come back later!!!!

        WAY TO GO!!!!!!   A loss is a loss and you lost the little you put on last week plus a little more. Keep up the good work .
