*It's hard to believe, but my baby girl (the oldest one) will be 12 tomorrow!!!! Where has the time gone? Didn't I just give birth to her the day before yesterday (and my youngest yesterday)? Today is my last time to weigh in until after the new year when our next session starts. (You have to have at least 15 paid members by the first meeting in order to have an At Work group and it is not likely we can get that many the week before Christmas, so we start back the 4th). I can go to a traditional meeting, but don't know if I'll make it next week and the following week, I will be in Atlanta. So it will be an interesting 2 weeks. Also, today we have luncheon at CBS. My WW leader is also in leadership there, and she told me she was brining a veggie tray and fruit tray! Have a blessed day!!!!

Chelle...I love that quote from Frederik Koenig...did you post that for me? Funny...our old pastor's name is Koenig. Maybe it's a sign. Anyway, Sam is home sick today with body aches, sniffles, cough...flu is going around and at least one of us is usually sick over Christmas. Hopefully I'm going to dodge the bullet this year! I may be on 12 hour shifts when I get to work today...! Working 7 days a week is kicking my hiney...but not as much as last year when I was 66 pounds heavier! We had a dessert pot luck at work last night and my Weight Watcher's buddies brought so much good stuff. It was great to have several delicious choices to pick from...and feel no guilt! So, here is today's menu. I've been being good and going for a walk every day...I'm sore but the scale is inching back down after last weeks emotional melt down/binge. Have a great day everyone! Love ya, Colette
