I was just looking at the menu's to help get idea's for myself because I seem to be a creature of habit and eat the same things during the week for breakfast and lunch. Any way I noticed you put the special k bar twice , just wanted to remind you that when you have 2 of something during the day you have to double the calories, fat , and fiber to see how many points it is. 1 and 1 doesn't always make 2. Example.... if you have 1 ww yogurt in a day it is 1 point, but if you have 2 in one day the 2 together is now 3 points, not 2. Hope this helped if you didn't know about it.

Snacks 1 Honey Nut 90 calories bar (2 pts.) 1 c. cantolope (1 pt.)
Points = 3
Total Points of the day = 20
Well, goodness, cant win for loose with myself! I complain about being over, then when i'm not over, im UNDER!!! SHESH!!! But, in all defense, I wasnt really hungry today because I wasnt feeling well! Maybe it'll be better tomarrow!

I should have about 168 points a week, and I had 160.25, so I was missing 7.75 points. I don't think thats bad. Although I do feel like I've gained weight instead of loosing!!! I have been following this pretty exact, so I dont know what's going on.
I guess I'll try harder next week. I have one more week to get into a 5/6 before my $10 off of a $25 coupon runs out!!! And I want to be able to use it, and I want to be in a 5/6!!! So, yeah.
