Snacks Took LilMs to the movies - I had a smedium popcorn - which is better than normal! I usually can eat a whole large all by myself. I also didn't have them layer the butter ... babysteps, right?!

So I've really blown it today ... but I will get there slowly and surely!
Points = 11 (That darn milk is putting me over. Gotta figure out a way to drink milk without the chocolate! )
Use the skim milk and the sugar free (I believe WalMart has the kind of theirs with splenda). Another option is use skim milk instead of water in the sugar free cocoa mix. Hope that helps.

Thursday, January 18, 2007 A little warmer today! I did better yesterday! Yeah! Now let's see how I do today. We've actually got Kenny asking questions now and wanting to participate! He's just having a difficult time understanding how his eating more is going to help him lose weight. (I MADE him have breakfast today, he normally doesn't). I'm going to post his menus here too for a little while, if that's ok to help keep track.
