Breakfast 3/4 cup Special K Fruit & Yogurt 2 pts 1/2 cup FF Milk 1 pt 1 cup sliced strawberries 1 pt 1 cup Chai Tea 0 pts 1/4 cup FF Milk .5 pts 1 tsp Splenda 0 pts
Points = 4.5
Lunch 1 slice bread 0 pts 2 oz lunch meat 1 pt 1 T. reduced fat mayo 1 pt 15 Baked Tostitos chips 2 pts 1 banana 1.5 pts
Milk: Fruits & Veggies: Water: Multi-vitamin, Super B Complex & Viactiv Calcium: Healthy Oils:
Didn't write the snack down in time and forgot about it til after I had dinner .... oops! That's the only reason I had the chocolate milk, cuz I thought I had enough points for it.
Well, tomorrow's another day! Nite ladies .... c'yas in the mornin'.
It's snowing again today ... sure is pretty ... until it gets dirty! Aunt Flo is visiting me this week, BUT I've done really well with keeping the cravings in check! Yeah me!

Dinner 1 lean pork chop 2 pts 1 cup cooked/baked potatoes 2 pts 2 tsp olive oil 2 pts 1/2 cup seasoned broccoli & carrots 1 pt
Points = 7
Snacks 4 oz yogurt 2 pts 1/2 cup fresh strawberries .5 pt broccoli & carrots w/ dip 2 pts
Total Points = 24 Points Remaining = 0

Well, that's a little better. It does make it easier to have it all planned out for the whole day!
Just something I noticed on yours and Kenny's....if you eat 1 slice of the light bread (2 slices for 1 pt) you need to count the 1/2 pt. I know it is a pain, but I have noticed those 1/2 pts can made a difference over time with me.

I'll check on that ... thanks. I swear I did the points calc for one slice as well as 2. But I'll go check again. And I it's LilMs' too! That will soooo upset her if she has to add that extra .5 pt! LOL

Hey wait! Are you saying that even though the points calculator says it's no points, it'd be better on us to say it's .5? Or were you saying that because 2 slices is 1 pt, then 1 slice is .5??? HELP!

I think when I was talking with her about this before, she figured it for me. So, I think we're good with the 0. But we can definately double check with her! Our WW guru!!! LOL
