Today I got on the treadmill for the first time in about a month! I walked/jogged/ran/walked for 1.08 miles in about 22 minutes.
I earned a whole 2 points for my 30 points of popcorn tonight! LOL
*I know the activity points don't get carried over from day to day, but I'm going to go ahead and post my weekly total in this original post. But I will make each day's activities in it's own reply. Since I weigh in on Tuesday nights, my week will go from Wednesday thru Tuesday, same as my menus.

I just got off the treadmill. I started off jogging/running first thing ... I wanted to hit that high intensity level for one and I was needed to get out some anger! Ran for about 10 minutes then walked very briskly for about 10 minutes and then walked for about 3 minutes more to cool down ... while I walk, I hold hand weights (heavy hands from Denise Austin, I think) and pump my arms and 'punch' forward alternately, and other arm stuff.
1.29 miles total 10 minutes jogging high intensity = 2 activity points 10 minutes brisk walking = 1 activity point 3 minutes low intensity walking = 1 activity point
Now I'm off to do my ab roller, stretches and lunges. Will post back when I'm done.
8 minutes -- 4 sets of 10 ab roller stomach 2 sets of 10 ab roller sides 2 sets of 10 pulses thigh/gluts 1 set of 10 lunges 0 activity points ...
