Well, I went to meeting after work on Thursday. I weighed that morning and my scale said I'd lost alot more...but since I went to weigh in in the late afternoon and Aunt Flo is on her way...I'll take the -.6 gratefully. I hope that a bigger loss will show up next Thursday. I'm just grateful that I'm going in the right direction.
