I am gonna see what I can do. I have havent joined WW yet but kinda wanted to poke my nose in now and then. I have been doing better on my eating-cutting out the sodas, candybars, etc and going for the water and veggies as well as taking my slenderwize every other day or so just to give me a boost. Those I take in the morning as they tend to keep me awake at night if I take them in the afternoon or early evening. I am even considering going to a meeting and joining up since they are offering free registration....maybe next month. any

If you need help figuring how many points you get per day, just let us know. Cassi has the book and we can figure it out for you. You can pretty much follow along with our menu's in the menu section and see what and how much we eat of things everyday. You can do this....love you girl! Coe

Awww shuckydarn......I done got busted in my pokin' around......but hey I am here and that what matters. I have tried a couple of recipes, both chicken. Jonjon and I both liked them. will have to try some more.
