Mornin' everyone!

Yesterday LilMs and I started switching out her room ... she's moving into the 'spare room'. Lots of heavy lifting and moving. I'll try to get it finished up today ... more moving and organizing!

I haven't been on the treadmill for quite a while or any other exercises. So today I'm going to do some floor exercises!

Here's my menu for the day ... remember to think about us tonight, as we have weigh in!
