Good morning!

I'm really struggling right now with cravings! I don't even know what I'm craving, but I just want to munch.

So here's my menu for the day ... hoping that if I have it to refer to, I won't be scrounging through the cupboards!

I am sure glad I am not the only one going over my point limit.......Is going over a bad thing?   Today I was over by 3.5 but didnt have any activity til later....grocery shopping.  can I count that as excercise?
