I was very nervous about going tonight (I did also only stay for about 20 minutes as I had plans to walk (3 miles) with my friend at 6:15) but I went and weighed in and loved what I was hearing about portions (that was one of the things that did shock me this week).
I lost.....

I am so excited. I found this week to be great! I was never hungry, never overly full, I had energy! I had what I wanted!
As an example....Saturday I was using very little of my points because I knew that I was "supposed" to be going to a St. Patty's Day party at a friends house. We ended up being snowed in until about 8:30 that night. At about 5pm I said, guess I should cook some dinner. I cooked two cups of whole wheat pasta and didn't even eat it all because it was so much!
