Me...not much! When I went for my hour walk Tuesday, my legs started cramping 15 minutes into my walk. I talked to Wil about it when I went for my workout. I had been drinking water all day, but he said I was dehydrating. It was probably due to low potassium. I looked on my vitamins and there is none it them! so I need to get some potassium pills and bananas. I have felt too hot since then, so I'll be doing that today. I even cramped up in my workout with Wil that night.
My oldest is not feeling well and running a low grade fever. She is very upset. We found out that she has a solo part with her dance teacher for the recital! They are suppose to meet for an hour after dance tonight to learn it. Unless she starts doing A LOT better, she won't be going.
So here is my meager menu so far....

Ok, here's what I ate yesterday ... not being a good girl at all!
Breakfast 1 1/2 cups Golden Grahams 1 cup fat free milk
Lunch I ate at Frullati's and had Circolo Panino Frullatis famous club with your choice of sliced marinated chicken breast, bacon, tomato, sliced red onion, avocado, herb mayo, and provolone cheese.
Dinner Popeye's 2 pc. Mild Chicken dinner (2 pcs dark meat, red beans & rice, biscuit, Mt. Dew)
