I'm having a real hard time staying on track with this ... I was doing great and then spring break came ... but if I was to be honest, it started long before then!
I've done the same thing myself several times. I know this isnt' taught in WW, but when I do this, I pick a day and just don't count pts. I just eat and (as Wil says) have a "sin" day. Then the next day I get back on track. This may not work for you.
Another thing is if there is an outfit or item of clothing you are wanting to fit into, put it where you can see it every day. Or put a picture out where you will see it every day before you started. When I get discouraged, I come back on here and look at where I started.
Think about how good you feel when someone says something about how you look. Get all the "bad" stuff out of the house...at least the ones that are temptation to you.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! I believe in you!!!!!!

Honey...don't beat yourself up! You're trying to unlearn years and years of learned behaviors., (not saying how many......cause you're STILL younger than me...lol! )
I know that this sounds drastic, and you may think that you can't do it...but I would recommend trying Core. Sometimes we can't get back on track just because we're hungry or because our body is hanging onto the cravings because we're eating too many carbs and too much fat...(er...Culvers maybe....)
Try eating less carbs, that breaks the craving cycle. Eat protein at every meal, that really controls your hunger. Keep your hands busy, drink lots of water, don't bring trigger foods into the house.
It could also be emotional eating, something I am quite familiar with! Sometimes I eat and I think "Why am I doing this..I'm not really even hungry?) \
Check at your WW meeting and ask them for the print outs about behavior modification...they should be up on the wall or your leader will have them. Follow the steps, talk to your leader about positive steps you can take to modify your behavior and learn to unlearn the overeating mode.
Also, you might check the WW website and see if they have anything. We have some good articles on this too....
And remember Cassi...be kind to yourself. You deserve to be thin and healthy! You WILL do this and you ARE doing it! I believe in you sweetie.
I won't be online til mayb Thur but probably Sat...so call me if you need to talk. I'm always there for you...and you can call my cell again..it's all fixed.
Love you....Colette

I am extremely new to WW and wish I had some great words of encouragement but all I can think of is....I am thinking of you and you can do it! I know for me, reading all the encouragement makes me want to do this. If so many I know can do it I (we) can do it too! :) Stay positive!
