How are you all today? I'm tired somewhat. 24 got more intense last night ('bout time...it has been slow this season). Then they showed the previews for next week! Had to calm down before going to bed!
Tonight Wil will do my weight, BMI, and body fat. I'll let you know how it goes. I did my measurement this morning, but I'll post them all together.

Milk: (1/2 in milk, 1/2 in cheese from pizza) Oils: Fruits & Veggies: Water: Mulitivitamin with calcium, iron, and zinc: Potassium (Wil says I need this to stop the cramping when I exercise):
