The buffett didn't go as planned. I ate before I left (zero point soup) and 20 oz's of water. Got there and wasn't starving but still a bit hungry. I didn't over indulge but enjoyed some extremely high fat food with only one trip to the buffett where the "old" me would have made several and would have walked out of there stuffed to the hilt!! The selection was not that greatest. I did go over my points today but not by much (including breakfast and dinner and a zero point snack I am going to have shortly).
I did, however, walk about 3 miles today and plan on waking up tomorrow morning to do Pilaties (sp?).
I'm over the guilt (sort of) and have two days to make sure I stay on track before weigh in day!

Sound like to me you did GREAT!!! Remember things like that are what your 35 weekly pts are for. And just think about the habits you changed!!!! You said you only went once!!!! That is a BIG step!!! You are doing awesome!!!!!
