I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I'm doing GREAT!!!
I had the best time last night. My friend Mary Ann and I went to an adult dinner club with some people from my church. We went to a catfish restaurant and I did good! I had the grilled tilapia and a baked potato. I didn't put butter on the potato, and only used 1 tbsp of sour cream. I ate about half the potato and half the fish (had enough left over for dinner tonight).
The company was fantastic ...and the conversation was great too. I can't wait til the next one...which is in May and is at my favorite BBQ place.
I guess we don't have to be afraid to go to such functions...there are usually gret options.
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Blessings, Colette

Your evening sounds great! It isn't terrible to go out to eat at all. Just need to make wise choices - which is difficult at times especially for me! I ate out twice today. I planned the first one - Bagel and light cream cheese was FANTASTIC and then went to Subway after little league. I find it so easy to eat there! This time though I didn't get any of the Baked Lays which helped alot. Getting ready to cook some dinner and then I will probably be asleep about 8pm tonight and the 7 year old will probably still be awake as well!
My new favorite - but I guess I have always loved them - are sweet potato fries! Just a bit of oil spray and in the oven and I believe it is only one point.
Sounds like your weekends are alot like mine! We ate out today too...a pizza restaurant but I ate a big salad and just a little pizza. I came in at points today so thats good...went shopping so I walked alot!
Sweet potato fries are my favorite, would rather have them than regular fries! I like a brand called Alexia. They have really good sweet potato fries (I think they are 2 pts) and also good herb and garlic red potato fries. They are in the frozen food section and come in a bag. They are thick cut and you get quite a few for the points. Plus, sweet potatoes are so healthy and your getting a veg in...bonus
Have a blessed weekend!

We use those, too, Coe!!! They are indeed wonderful!!!!
Sorry I have been MIA. Going through a few personal things right now, plus AF is visiting (with a vengence!!! YUCK! ), and my girls dance recitals are next weekend.
I was suppose to weigh in at Wil's last night, but he gave me until next week since I told him it "wasn't a good week on the hormonal front". Yes, I humbled myself in front of "my son". But he has a sister and a mother and has worked with college girls sports teams, so he is used to it.
I'll try to be better...but wanted you to know I haven't forgotten about you all.
Coe...sounds like a blast!!!! I'm so proud of you!!!! You are an amazing woman!!!! Love you!!!!
