I have started to do something a tiny bit different with my points tracker - everything that I bring to work goes under the Midday and then my evening snack goes under Anytime. That way I can track the difference between what I eat at work and what I eat at home!

I walked two miles this morning and hope to keep it up. June 2nd there is a 5k run (I will walk most of it) but I really want to do it and do it well - meaning I just want to be able to finish! Plus when I was at my lowest before I was walking 2 miles a day about 4 times a week!
