Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with butter flavored spray. In a large skillet sprayed with the same spray, sauté onion until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cracker crumbs. Blend well. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 60 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes.
