My boyfriend has a craving and I don't mind it either. I figured Steamed Chicken and Broccoli with the sauce on the side (one pint) none of the rice and a shrimp roll (I love those things)!
Has anyone made the WW recipe for General Tsoa's or the Seseme Chicken??

I love chinese food but I havn't tried those recipes...I keep meaning to but I just havn't gotten around to it.
My son and I go for chinese all the time...egg rolls are one of the few ways I can get veggies into him. I usually stick to the steamed veggies, a little rice, and things like beef and broccoli. I'll go look for that list and post it right here. Later....Colette

You are very welcome. Just go to the toolbar on the main page, click foods, then a screen will pop up with a new toolbar...select restaurants. It took me FOREVER to find it the first time.
