1 pint chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt 1/2 cup low fat (1%) milk 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries 2 Tbsp raspberry syrup
Purree the frozen yogurt, milk, berries, and syrup in a blender.
There are all kinds of variations for this recipe. You can use strawberries, bananas, etc. You can also use canned apricots...just be sure to drain them well first.
The chewy texture of a favorite low-fat granola bar will contrast well with this smooth cool drink for breakfast.
