I gained 1.6 (Is it me or does that sound like SOOOO much?) I figure it may have had something to do with my huge lost last week and me getting used to my meds and actually eating my daily points (and then some over the weekend!) Tomorrow is another day and next Wednesday is a new weight-in! I have been thinking of switching to Saturday Mornings though. My bf's step sister does alot of weigh and go's and I know several people at the Saturday Morning meetings! Just need to pick the week and change it!
We all have our gains! Don't let it discourage you. It is not a lot, esp. if this is your first gain. You are doing awesome!!!!
If you are more comfortable, then yes switch meetings. I was more comfortable when I had close friends in my group!

LOL - isn't it funny how much that sounds like when we gain it, but it sounds like sooo little when we lose it (Is that all?? Only 1.6?)??? LOL
You have done sooo well, Meredith. I wouldn't even worry about it. It could be water weight, PMS, any number of things, but it will adjust itself back out again.
I'm afraid to say how much I've gained back! I think I'm about 4 pounds away from where I started originally! *shame on me*
BUT - I'm getting back on track. FINALLY!
Keep up your awesome work and don't let it discourage you like I did! It's a horrible cycle to fall back into and I'm slowly trying to find my way out! You have been a huge inspiration to me!

Meredith...please don't let this discourage you at all! Sometimes (especially after a big loss) our bodies need time to rebalance and we have a gain. It's usually water weight...so don't stress about it.
I know that it doesn't seem like it, but there are times when a small gain can actually be a good thing...because if we've been getting complacent (i.e., not measuring just "eyeballing" our portions, maybe going a bit heavy on our WPA, fudging a little here or there) a gain can shock us back into being more strict on the program.
Also...we are GIRLS! And girls (even older girls like me...who rarely menstruate) have that whole monthly cycle thing going on. So, be kind to yourself, exercise, drink your water (and then drink some more....) and you'll do great!
We're here to support you honey....and you are doing...AWESOME!!! Just remember.....

Thank you ladies! I have been great since last Wednesday and I even planned yesterday as a just bite it and write it day rather then planning but I made WISE choices and didn't go over! :) That was a great feeling!
