I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend! Here's a lil something for each of you who post your menus almost daily!
My menu for the day won't be real good - we're going to the movies and my huge downfall is the popcorn! So - my weekly allowance will be spent on that today!
Breakfast: 3/4 c. Honey bunches of oats w/Almonds 2 1/2 c. Fat free milk 1 1 bag Chiquita Apple Bites 0 2 mugs of hot Lipton Green Tea 0 Subtotal = 3
Lunch: probably popcorn! Large bucket of theater popcorn (shared by 3, but mostly me!) 30ish

Ingredients
4 breast cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Tbsp packed brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 4 tsp margarine
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Sprinkle chicken pieces with garlic salt and lay on a cookie sheet. Pat brown sugar, about a tablespoon per piece, all over the tops of each piece. Put a thin pat of butter or margarine (or about a teaspoon of soft margarine if not using stick) on each piece. Roast in oven for 30 minutes, or until the thickest pieces are done.
