Boy it sure is hot lol i am waiting till 8 or 9 to go on my walk i normally go at liek 7 but its toooooooooo smoking out there for me lol but then hells kitchen is on at 8 so i will wait till 9 my 4 yr old has been wanting to go out all day but i have managed to keep her in today with my bp and water pill i cant be exposed to a large amt of sun so we are going out at 7 to play in her kiddie pool

I think it is hot all over. We had a good hard rain last Friday, but the ground just soaked it up. I don't think I saw a puddle on the ground (just on pavement, etc). And for as hard as it rained, there should have been a ton. Our grass is so dry now, parts of it are brown. That combined with that last cold snap we had has about killed a lot of the green around here.

We're not too hot...yet. It's supposed to be 90*F on Thursday...and the handyman STILL hasn't put the air conditioner units in our bedrooms! I guess if he doesn't, Sam and I'll be sleeping on the couches in the living room (where we have an ac unit) on thursday night.

I hate summer! I'm really more of a fall/winter gal myself. But, we've been blessed with alot of rain, so far, this year and everything is lovely and green.

Hope it stays that way. Stay cool everyone!

its not so much the heat its the humidity we have been having 60 to 80 percent humidity and that is what gets me

The humidity does make it bad. I have found myself crawling out of bed in the AM to do my walking/running! It isn't bad then!
