I see from their menu that they have items that are fewer then 600 calories and fewer then 15 grams of fat - Not including fiber that is a 13 point meal! Granted that is the Garden Scramble which has veggies in the scramble and two pancakes which is a HUGE amount of food and probably does have a few grams of fiber in it dropping the points value down to 12 - which is still a huge amount of points for one meal! I am very serious about doing well this week - does anyone have ANY suggestions or are able to find that nutrional information.
I may just stick with the short stack and a bowl of fresh fruit! How does that sound?
