I have been putting in my foods on My Pyramid Tracker. After you do that, you can analyze what you are having too much of or missing in order to get to a health weigh for you. I noticed something....my sodium levels are higher than what is recommended for me. I'm going to try and get those down and see how that affects my weight loss.
Thought I'd mention this to help anyone else that may be having problems...it might be worth checking.
Oh...and this is a free thing...it is the government's site...it is basically what they have replaced the old food pyramid with.

Chelle, great idea! I was really being good on my program and was standing still. My leader suggested we go over my planner together. I had been eating Progresso Garden Veg soup every day (1 point), was even a little under my target and wasn't losing. I switched to the low sodium soup, and cut back on my sodium and I did start losing again!
Sodium is in EVERYTHING and you really have to watch it. Great site and great idea. Thanks for sharing it!
Love ya,

I have also found that not having enough sodium in your diet can hinder your weight loss. I have been so used to not cooking with salt and not having it on my table, that I started to question if I am getting enough salt/sodium in my diet. Since I dont really eat processed foods and pretty much make everything from scratch, I started to put just a dab on things like my cabbage and my corn. it has seemed to help because I'm starting to lose again and not having quite so many cravings for salty things.
