I don't think I could tell you all what I did actually eat yesterday but I can tell you that I accounted for everything and went on the high side just to be sure! That is what the WPA's are for right! Lots of work to do around the house today (Sunday), a run to take and 9 holes of golf to play! Just need to keep busy and active and I should be okay today!
