OK...I'm here! I've been crazy busy and the internet connection has been intermittant at best, but I appear to be back. Yeah me! I'm going to attempt Core again...so we'll see how it goes. I hope it cools off here soon, so that I can actually go for walks. I tried to walk the other night, but I got so hot that I got dizzy. I'm just NOT a summer kind of gal. Here's today's menu.
