I was really excited to get a letter from one of the editors of Taste of Home's Simple and Delicious magazine. A long time ago, I sent in a recipe and they decided to publish it. They put my picture and my recipe for "Pretty Pepper Salad" in the magazine. It's on the stands now...I'm on page 61 if anyone is interested. (Blush )
