1 pound dry pinto beans 1 large onion(s) 2 cup cooked lean ham 8 cup fat-free chicken broth 3 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Chop onion and combine with remaining ingredients in a large, heavy soup pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer on med low for 2 hours. Stir often as they tend to want to stick and burn.
