2 cups frozen cut-leaf spinach 1/4 cup feta cheese 4 oz sun-dried tomato spreadable cheese 15 mini fillo shells red bell pepper 2 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts
Place spinach in microwavable dish. Microwave uncovered on High 3-4 minutes or just until tender. Drain and press with paper towels to remove moisture. Mix spinach, spreadable cheese and feta cheese until blended. Spoon generous teaspoonful spinach misture into each fillo shell. Place in ungreasted shallow pan. Cut stars from bell pepper using a sharp knife or canape cutter. Sprinkle walnuts over top of tarts. Place bell pepper stars on each tart. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
