2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp olive oil 3/4 tsp table salt 1/2 tsp ground sage 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground 19 oz canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained 2 medium fennel bulb(s), trimmed and thinly sliced

1. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, sage and pepper. Add the fennel and beans; toss gently to coat.
