I had a great weigh in today. I lost -2.8 lbs this week..bringing the grand total to -21.8.
My leader, Jan, is so great! I love her! She gave us all little recipe books that she printed up and put together for us. It has tons of great recipes in it, and over the holiday I'll be putting some of them up here!
I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself, I'll tell you. I had a thought today (dangerous and unusual, I know ) but just visualize what a pound of fat looks like, that's 4 sticks of butter. Now...21.8x4=86 sticks of butter off of my body!!! Pretty cool when you look at it that way!

Thanks sweetie..you too! Someday we'll have a Soupbowl Reunion and we'll be the two skinniest babes there...ok...maybe Teddybear will be! Cassi invited me to come and visit her in Dallas this summer...maybe we'll take more pictures if I get to go...and we'll be able to see the difference from last summer!
People at work are starting to notice my weight loss...and they are very supportive..that helps. I'm really going to do it this time...with God's help and of course my dear Chelle's!
