Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and stir in dried fruit. 3. Stir in oil, eggs and milk until well-combined. 4. Place tablespoons of mixture onto baking sheet and bake in oven for about 10 minutes.
