1 cup rhubarb 1 Tbsp water 1 large orange(s), peeled, seeds and white pith removed, segmented 1 medium banana(s), sliced 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 medium apple(s), red-skinned, quartered, cored, thinly sliced 1 medium pear(s), quartered, cored, thinly sliced 1/4 tsp sugar substitute, optional
Instructions
1. Place rhubarb in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and micrwave until soft (or cook on stove for about 5 minutes). 2. Combine all fruits in a medium bowl and sweeten with sugar substitute if desired.
