1 medium fennel bulb(s), thinly sliced 3 medium apple(s), Macintosh and Gala preferred, diced 4 orange(s), sectioned and pits removed 1 medium red onion(s), thinly sliced 1 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/2 tsp table salt 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 head lettuce, Boston, torn
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in a large bowl. Toss with lettuce and serve. Yields about 1 1/3 cups per serving.
