Ingredients 2 cup lettuce (chopped or shredded) 1 cup grape tomatoes 1 cup canned black beans 1/2 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or other brand) 1/2 medium avocado (sliced or chopped) 2 Tbsp salsa 1 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
Instructions Tip: To keep your salad nice and crisp, store the lettuce, tomatoes, beans, cheese and avocado in one container and the salsa and sour cream mixed together in another small container; pour the salsa mixture over the salad just before eating.
