another 2 lbs bites the dust. 57.2 to date. My daughter decided we were going to start walking this week as she returns to college (she lives at home).
I think she is trying to kill me. there must be a more merciful way to go. She tells me keep moving, go faster. I told her I was going to smack her good - to which she replied, go for it - BUT YOU HAVE TO CATCH ME FIRST. I hate sweating, I hate exercise. yuck yuck yuck. it's time for her to move out somewhere far far away. this walking better be worth it!
Now that my complaining is done, the walk wasn't bad, it will get better. today I whined about old worn out sneakers, so she made me buy new ones tonight. tomorrow I plan to whine about new shoes hurting my feet...it's got to be good for a few days, right?!!

Way to go Kim! You're doing great! I know what you mean about the walking, but it really does help. I'm right there with ya, in spirit! I've started walking too...and it's a killer at first, but you deffinately see the results at the scales!
Keep it up and before long you'll be at your goal! Have a wonderful week!
