I knew about Dottie's, but at WW the other night one of the other ladies told us about Hungry Girl .  I checked it out today and it does have some things on it that will help us, too.  She even has news on new dinners and other things.


Thought you might wanna check it out.

PS: I came down with a cold, so Sam and I cancelled our trip...I'm home on the couch, watching Madagascar and doing crosswords with a cup of chai at my side...heaven!

Do you think ColdEze losenges will wreck my diet? They say it will shorten your cold by almost half the time...so I guess it's worth it either way.

I haven't got to look around it too much yet, but what I saw looked good.


I'm on my way to the kitchen now to try your Chai.  I realized I left my reg Chai at the store, but have Celetial Seasoning Chocolate Caramel Chai....so we will see.  I came here to get the recipe!!!!


Sorry you are not feeling well.  Enjoy your Chai and movie!!!!!

Hey Chelle, how do you like the chocolate caramel chai? My sister in law tried it and didn't like it, but it looked interesting to me. Thought I might get some if you like it. Anytime you can get a chocolate flavor with 0 calories, that's got to be a good thing!

I'm feeling better today, still stuffy with a scratchy throat, but I slept on the couch most of the day yesterday, it felt gooooood!

OOOOH...maybe I can borrow my SIL's and try it before I buy it. I mean come on...it's chocolate, how bad can THAT be? Right now any chocolate sounds wonderful!
