*I just came up with this for dinner tonight...it's really, really goooooood! I hope you all try this! I ran it through the recipe builder on WW.com...so the points are accurate. If you like it spicy, use hot picante or salsa. Enjoy, Colette
4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinless (cut into bite size pieces) 1 cup sweet corn, black bean, red/green pepper, celery salad (found in frozen veg section) or aboutg 1/4 cup of each 1 cup Picante Sauce 2/3 cup fat-free sour cream 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350*F
Cut up chicken breasts into bit size pieces. Mix chicken with remaining ingredients. Pour into an 8x8" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve with brown rice and fat free refried beans....delicous!
