2 c unsweetened puffed wheat 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp seasoned salt 1/4 tsp parsley flakes 1/8 tsp ground oregano butter flavored cooking spray
Place puffed wheat in 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and spray with cooking spray, add remaining ingredients. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to distribute flavor. Makes 2 cups.
