Ingredients
3/4 cup quick cooking brown rice 1 3/4 cup water 4 cup fat-free skim milk 1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chopped apple 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large, heavy saucepan, cook rice in water, according to package directions. When all the water is absorbed into rice, add milk, splenda, vanilla and apple. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, stirring frequently, until rice has a prridge consistancy. Stir in cinnamon. Pour into individual custard cups and chill.
